Methodology

The way we work is what makes us better than our competition. The fact that you can find everything under one roof comes from experience of seven years in how to organise things, keep track of client activity and constantly monitor the quality of work we send out to clients.

We think our methodology is what make us good and we want to share it with you, so that you know how this is going to be done:

1. You email us with the topic and guidelines of the project (assignment or dissertation) you have in mind. Please, send us all the material required, as we don't like surprises. Be honest about the work that needs to be done, if you want an honest quote.



2. The information you send us is stripped of any information that can be used to identify you and is then sent to one or two of our experts in your domain for a quote. The stripping of personal information is done to ensure your privacy, so don't insert an email address or name in the Project Description box!



3. We reply to you within 24 hours with a quote. If we are busy, we will decline to accept the work, as we don't like to squeeze too many projects in our schedule.



4. If you accept the quote, you pay our fee using the bank information we send you and email us to say you've paid. We check the deposit with our bank over the web, and start working on your project on the next day. Please note that we do not accept credit cards, cheques or other form of payment. The reason is simple: We need to make sure that your payment is definite, because the person doing your work needs to be paid.



5. Then, your project is assigned to one of the people in our network. Other people in the team may help out with supplementary tasks, depending on the volume and type of work that needs to be done.



6. We may ask for details regarding the project (usualy admin staff, nothing serious), so we want you to be available. All communication is done by email, and email alone. The reason is that we don't want anyone in our network talking to you for two reasons: [1] It's against our privacy policy and [2] It's bad business for us.



7. We contact you again on the specified date with your project (usually a couple of days before the day we have agreed, unless the whole project takes less than 4 weeks). We deliver everything in standard Word Document Format (.doc) for reports and essays or any other format that you prefer.



8. You print the project, use it, get a good grade, and you recommend us to your close friends who are jealous. Then you throw a party and send us more work.




It is important to note that we are not just mediators between you and the person who does the work. We also negotiate better prices for you and keep them down, by having the option to give the job to the lowest bidder. We can ensure the quality of work by having it checked by other people in the field. And we make sure that everything is done on time, so that you don't have to worry about a thing!
